Guided kayak trip from Veiholmen

Service Description

The trip is suitable for those who have never tried kayaking to the more experienced who want a quiet, social trip. This is a three-hour guided tour in the area around the fishing village of Veiholmen. Fiskeværet is located far out at sea, but is protected by islets and reefs, perfect for sea kayaking. The big waves are not far away, but at a safe distance. Experience the magic of the sounds of nature and the crystal clear sea. 
 You will meet the guide in the car park at Veiholmen. The guide shows you basic paddling technique and ensures that you are safe and comfortable during the trip.

The trip starts with paddling through the narrow canals in the fishing village. We will spend some time here, so that you get to know the kayak and can enjoy the fishing village from a paddler's perspective. Then we move in nature's own channels and maybe we will get all the way to the lighthouse on the outside of the fishing village. 
 We recommend a windproof jacket, cap / buff, crocs / sandals or bare feet. Shoes are possible, but they get wet easily. Bring a change of clothes in a carry bag in case of rolling. Also recommend biscuits and something to drink, there will be a break along the way. You will end the guided tour at the starting point; the parking lot at Veiholmen.
